LANSING, MI. (THECOUNT) — Todd William Allen, of Lansing, Michigan, has been identified as the man stabbed to death in a domestic dispute, according to the Lansing Police Department.
Allen, 52, was stabbed Thursday, January 24, around 2:45 a.m. at the Riverfront Apartments, located on North Cedar Street, in Lansing, MI. A female victim was also injured and transported to an area hospital for treatment of stab wounds.

Police say that a fight likely led up to the deadly stabbing.
Upon arrival, they located a 53-year-old woman and a 52-year-old male in the apartment. The man had a stab wound and was given emergency treatment, however, he died a short time later, reports WILX.
Allen was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple stab injuries.
Police say there is no outstanding threat to the public.
The incident appears to be domestic related.
The investigation is ongoing.
