Former 90210 star, Shannen Doherty, posted a touching photo of herself and loved ones on social media showing her head bald after undergoing apparent cancer treatments.
It was one year ago, Doherty, 45, revealed she was battling breast cancer. The actress described having had ‘an impossibly tough day’ in the Instagram shot.

She did not reveal details of her medical treatment, but did explain that her husband is away working.
