Illusionist Criss Angel really pulled one over on us, after it has been revealed he not only has a secret son…but also a wife!
Angel, whose real name is Christopher Sarantakos, confirmed he was the father of a 20-month-old son named Johnny this past weekend. The magician also shared the sad news that his son was battling lymphoblastic leukemia.

The 47-year-old surprised fans with the news he was a father. But that wasn’t his only huge secret!
Criss Angel married singer Shaunyl Benson in a secret ceremony this past year.
Angel wed the Australian beauty, the mother to his son Johnny, in February of this year.
The news comes just days after he admitted that he was the father of a son, Johnny Crisstopher Sarantakos, who was diagnosed with cancer late last week.
This is the second marriage for the illusionist, who was previously married to JoAnn Winkhart. She filed for divorced in 2006 after four years of marriage.
Criss Angel has cancelled his Las Vegas shows until November as his his son undergoes treatment for cancer.
Little Johnny was diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia, a common type of children’s cancer. Thankfully, the prognosis for this type of cancer is good with treatment.
The Mindfreak magician shared the news on Twitter that his son had cancer.
Angel tweeted on Thursday, “In light of a family emergency the news I was going to announce this weekend will be postponed. Thank you xc”.
We have no idea why, but the illusionist previously denied he had a family. He told a Vegas radio station recently, “Yeah… no” when asked if he had kids, and he deflected a question on his relationship status by saying, “My personal life is a freaking disaster… I’m married to my craft.”
We hope Criss and Shaunyl’s son Johnny will respond well to treatment!
