Meet Sheila Martinez, the Delaware teenager that allegedly killed her own brother by hitting him with a minivan and then making a uturn, striking him again and this time trapping the teen under her vehicle dragging him at least 100 feet. Sis is now under arrest after cops caught up with her enjoying lunch at a local McDonalds – shortly after the murder.
Police say 18-year-old Jesus Martinez died from his injuries Tuesday night.
