Our Molly Moo ❤️
December 25, 2025On Christmas morning, our sweet Molly girl, and her big sister Abi were reunited. 💔
This is the only thing giving me even a small sense of comfort. Molly missed her sister so deeply. She would often ask me, “Mummy, when is Jesus coming back so Abi can come down?”
We are devastated. In disbelief. Confused and in shock.
We are exhausted and shaken after a day filled with trauma and heartbreak.I feel numb. I cannot yet accept that this is real. I am not ready for this pain.
We are overwhelmed by how many of you prayed with us and for her yesterday. I am asking, with all my heart, that those prayers do not stop ❤️. In the days and weeks ahead, there will be so much to do and to organize, and we will need strength beyond our own.
I am scared of what life looks like now for us. I am heartbroken for our children.
Last night, through tears, Harry told me that when we boarded the plane to Arizona on Monday, Molly leaned over and told him she wanted to be with Abi. Through sobs, he said, “She got what she wanted.” 💔
Please hold our family in your prayers as we try to take this one very small step at a time.”
In a follow-up Instagram post, Carlton addressed the cause of Molly’s death, explaining that doctors believe her daughter may have suffered from a genetic heart condition. She said medical professionals suspect the same condition may have also affected Abigail.
Abigail died less than two years earlier at the age of 9. Carlton previously shared that Abigail died of sepsis. She explained that because Abigail’s death occurred so suddenly, doctors were unable to fully evaluate her condition in a hospital setting at the time.
Carlton said Molly’s death occurred under circumstances that allowed physicians to conduct further medical analysis, leading doctors to identify the possible genetic heart condition. She noted that this information was not known following Abigail’s passing.
The family has not publicly disclosed Molly’s age.
Carlton has used her Instagram platform to document her family’s journey through grief since Abigail’s death, often posting messages centered on faith, motherhood, and coping with loss. Following the announcement of Molly’s death, messages of support and prayers poured in from followers across the platform.
No additional medical details have been released. Carlton did not indicate whether further testing or evaluations are planned for other family members.
The family said they continue to lean on their faith as they grieve the loss of two children in a short period of time.
