CASS COUNTY, MI. (THECOUNT) — Authorities have identified the victim of a two-vehicle crash on Sunday morning in Cass County as 19-year-old Kennedi Webster, a resident of Hamilton, Ohio.

The crash occurred at approximately 10 a.m. at the intersection of M-60 and Dailey Road. According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Webster was driving south on Dailey Road when her vehicle reportedly failed to stop at the stop sign at the M-60 intersection. This resulted in a collision with a second vehicle.

Webster was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle, a 53-year-old man from Niles, along with three passengers in his vehicle, were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. Their conditions have not been publicly released.

Authorities are still investigating the incident, but initial reports suggest that drugs and alcohol are not considered to be factors in the crash. It is currently unknown whether seat belts were in use at the time of the collision.
