GALVESTON COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Sally Martel Stahli and Lance Staehli, of League City, Texas, have been identified as the married couple involved in a suspected murder-suicide Monday in Galveston County.
Sally, 57, and 53-year-old Lance, were both found dead of gunshot wounds at a League City home they shared on Monday morning.

According to reports, police responded to a welfare check from a male caller at 130 Magnolia Estates Drive in League City, on Monday around 9:30 a.m. When they arrived, a man and a woman were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Both individuals were pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
A weapon was recovered at the scene.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released following the medical examiner’s report.
