MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — Arthur Earl Derrick Jones, of Portland, Oregon, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday fatal shooting in Multnomah County.
Jones, 19, was fatally shot inside a vehicle in Portland early Thursday morning.

According to reports, Jones was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds while seated inside a vehicle in the 6900 block of North Curtis Avenue in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood of Portland around 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
Jones was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries at the scene.
The fatal shooting occurred just block away from his family’s shoe repair business, JD’s Shoe Repair.
No suspect or motive information was provided by officials.
