GREENE COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Tiffany Joann Miller, of Marion, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday multi-vehicle crash in Greene County.
Miller, 40, was killed in a three-vehicle crash in Jefferson Township Thursday morning.

According to reports, Ralphinia E. Rose, 63, of Providence, Kentucky, was operating a semi-tractor on Interstate 71 near the Clinton County line, when for unknown reasons, the semi came into rear-end contact with a Honda Civic operated by Miller around 9 a.m. Thursday. The force of the collision caused the Honda to rear-end another big-rig, operated by Weldon Baisden, 61, of Norwalk, Ohio.
Miller was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
Baisden and Rose suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
A juvenile female passenger in Rose’s 18-wheeler was transported to an area hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
