ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD. (THECOUNT) — Jason Tyler Crawford, of Severn, Maryland, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday night vehicle crash in Anne Arundel County.
Crawford, 23, was killed, and three people were injured, in a multi-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian Thursday night in Glen Burnie.

According to reports, Crawford was operating a Honda Accord on Route 100 near Interstate 97 in Glen Burnie, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway before coming into contact with a traffic barrier around 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The collision caused a Toyota Corolla to swerve to avoid the crash. The Toyota then came into contact with concrete barrier.
A passenger in one of the involved vehicle exited in an attempt to render aid to the Honda driver, at which point, that pedestrian was struck by a Honda Civic, that also came into contact with the Honda Accord and the Toyota.
Crawford was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota Corolla, the pedestrian, and the driver of the Honda Civic were all transported to area hospital with minor injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
