PHILADELPHIA COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Authorities have identified Termaine Saulsbury as the suspect sought in the shooting of Philadelphia Parking Authority worker Timothy McKenzie on Black Friday.
Saulsbury, 39, of the 5600 block of Woodland Avenue, has been identified as the gunman who shot McKenzie, 37, the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 25.

A graphic video of the incident shows a man walk up to McKenzie around 3:50 p.m. on the 4500 block of Frankford Avenue and shoot him in the face.
Police responded to the area and found McKenzie suffering from a gunshot wound to his left ear and shoulder.
McKenzie was transported to an area hospital and placed in critical condition.
Several days later, police connected the Frankford Avenue shooting to a shooting of Sunoco gas station employee, Zulfigar Alvi, in The Bronx, New York.
Saulsbury is considered armed and dangerous, police said.
