SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Yaremi Ortega, of Conyers, Georgia, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday night fatal crash in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
Ortega, 14, was killed in a vehicle crash in Spartanburg Saturday night.

According to reports, Ortega was involved in a vehicle crash on W.O. Ezell Boulevard near Chester Street in Spartanburg Saturday night.
Ortega was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
Further details of the crash were not provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
