VERNON COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Tylar Greene, 19, and 24-year-old Allison Bittiker, both of Nevada, Missouri, have been identified as the victim in a Monday morning triple-fatal vehicle crash in Vernon County.
Greene and Bittiker, were both killed in a two-vehicle crash that also killed an unidentified 17-year-old female from Bronaugh just after midnight Monday. Derick Mahurin, 19, of Nevada, was transported to an area hospital with unknown serious injuries.

According to reports, four individuals were traveling in a Ford F-150 pickup truck on US Highway 54 near MO-43 in Nevada, when the pickup failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The pickup then came into contact with a semi-tractor around 12:15 a.m. Monday.
Bittiker and the 17-year-old were pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries. Greene was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
The 48-year-old Peterbilt big-rig driver was not injured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
