CHARLES COUNTY, MD. (THECOUNT) — Dallas Anthony Savoy, of La Plata, Maryland, has been identified as the victim in a Monday fatal motorcycle crash in Charles County.
Savoy, 28, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in La Plata early Monday morning.

According to reports, Savoy was operating a motorcycle on MD-488 near Kerrick Drive in La Plata, when for unknown reason, the bike exited the roadway and entered a culvert Monday morning. Police located the bike and the ejected rider around 4:15 a.m. Monday.
Savoy was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation..
