CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Jadeen T. Moore, of Champaign, Illinois, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday shooting in Champaign County.
Moore, 19, was killed in a shooting in Champaign Saturday afternoon.

According to reports, a group of people were occupying the backyard area of an abandoned home, located in the 1500 block of Holly Hill Drive in Champaign, when shots rang out Saturday around 4 p.m.
Arriving officials discovered Moore suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Moore was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
No suspect or motive information was provided by officials as of Sunday evening.
