STORY COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Olivia Chutich, the daughter of Minnesota State Supreme Court Justice Margaret Chutich and Allina Health CEO Dr. Penny Wheeler, was found dead Friday in Story County, Iowa.
Olivia, 21, was found dead in Ames, Iowa near Iowa State University Friday morning.

According to reports, the Ames Police Department responded to a medical call at Iowa State University, Delta Delta Delta Sorority in the area of 300 Ash Avenue in Ames around 9:50 a.m. Friday.
Officials discovered Olivia, a student at Iowa State University, unconscious in a parking lot area near the school.
Olivia was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.
A cause of death was not provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
