BEAUREGARD PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Larry Wiggins Jr, of Groves, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Thursday night crash in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.
Wiggins, 27, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near DeRidder Thursday night.

According to reports, Wiggins was operating a Chevrolet Equinox on U.S. Highway 171 near LA-394, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 8:40 p.m. Friday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over.
Wiggins was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
