DOUGLAS COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — William McCullough and Mark Ritter, both of Roseburg, Oregon, have been identified as the victims in a Saturday double-fatal vehicle crash in Douglas County.
McCullough and Ritter, both 20, were killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a suspected impaired driver near Green Saturday night.

According to reports, Dustin Robinson, of Sutherlin, was operating a pickup truck on State Hwy 42 near Jackie Ave in Green, when his vehicle veered into the bike path where McCullough was waiting in his vehicle to turn onto the highway.
McCullough and his passenger, Ritter, were pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
According to officials, “Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (Robinson) is being investigated as a possible factor in the crash.” Charges are expected to be forthcoming.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
