PREBLE COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Dustin Hutchins, of New Paris, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday two-vehicle crash in Preble County, Ohio.

Hutchins, 22, who resided in Eaton, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Eaton, Ohio on Sunday afternoon.

According to reports, Hutchins was traveling as a passenger in a Hyundai, operated by 20-year-old Taylor Wilburn, of Camden, in the 6300 block of US-35, near Oxford Gettysburg Rd, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 3:30 p.m. Sunday. The vehicle then made contact with a Honda Odyssey causing the Hyundai to burst into flames.

Wilburn was transported to an area hospital with serious unknown injuries.

The occupants of the Honda were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Hutchins was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt and thermal injuries.
