BENSON COUNTY, ND. (THECOUNT) — Steven Webster of Devils Lake, North Dakota, has been identified as the victim in a fatal three-vehicle collision in Benson County on Friday.
Steven Webster, 68, was fatally struck while riding on a skip loader by a big-rig and a pickup truck near Leeds Friday afternoon.

According to officials, of Eric Beaver, was operating an 18-wheeler on Highway 2 near Leeds, when for unknown reasons, he made contact with a pickup truck operated by Bradford Webster, 66, of Devils Lake. The vehicles then made contact with Steven Webster’s Skip & Drag around 3:50 p.m. Friday.
All 3 vehicles exited the roadway before entering a ditch.
Steven Webster was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the crash.
Bradford Webster was transported to an area hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.
Beaver was uninjured in the wreck.
It is unknown at this time if the men with the same last name “Webster” are related.
The crash remains under investigation.
