LONDON, UK. (THECOUNT) — William Dufris, the voice of “Bob the Builder,” a children’s animated television show created in Britain by Keith Chapman, has died. He was 62.

Durfris, who is also known for voicing anime such as Lupin III, died of cancer, according to an announcement by Pocket Universe Productions.

“We are heartbroken to announce that the co-founder of [Pocket Universe Productions] and the director of “EC Comics Presents… The Vault of Horror”, William Dufris, has died from cancer,” the statement reads. “There is a hole in a lot of people’s hearts right now. We will have more to say later. Bless you, Bill,” said Pocket Universe Productions.
