TYLER, TX. (THECOUNT) — Tyler, TX woman, Debbie Ann Bryant, has been identified as the suspect arrested after shooting her husband, Allen Ferguson, in the head, Tuesday morning.
Ferguson, 58, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition, after he was shot by “Sunshine Gr” Bryant, 55, in a Maxwell Drive residence on Tuesday.

According to Tyler police, officers responded to a call of shots fired at 617 Maxwell Drive around 7:44 a.m. Tuesday. Police were contacted by Bryant who said that her husband had been shot.
Upon arrival, officers found Ferguson suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Bryant later confessed to shooting her husband.
Ferguson was transported by EMS to UT Health and is in critical condition, reports CBS19.
Bryant was arrested and booked into the Smith County Jail on a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She has a bond set at $250,000.
