LAKE CITY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Jane Kaufman, of Lake City, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday night crash on US-90.
Kaufman, 64, killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday night on U.S. 90, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

According to officials, John Thomas Hinrichs, 27, of Lake City was operating a Mercury Grand Marquis on U.S. 90 near Noegel Road just before 10 p.m. Saturday, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes.
The vehicle then made contact with a Toyota RAV4 operated by Kaufman.
Kaufman was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Hinrichs had minor injuries, reports Gainesville.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
