WEST NYACK, NY. (THECOUNT) — Diane Esther Brothers, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, has been identified as the victim in a fatal West Nyack, NY, crash Thursday afternoon.
Brothers, 66, was killed in a crash in West Nyack on Thursday around 1 p.m. near the Palisades Center Mall.

According to the crash report, Brothers was traveling in a vehicle on Palisades Center Drive in West Nyack, when she was involved in a fatal two-crash.
