SAPULPA, OK. (THECOUNT) — Paige Cohen, of Tulsa, has been identified as the victim in a fatal crash near Sapulpa, Oklahoma Wednesday Night. A toddler was injured in the wreck.
Cohen, 19, was killed and her 2-year-old son injured, following a single-vehicle crash late Wednesday night.

Officers say they responded to a call of a single-vehicle crash around 11 p.m. near 81st W Ave and the Turner Turnpike. When they arrived police discovered a vehicle on fire crashed off the side of the roadway.
According to reports, Cohen was operating an SUV, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway Wednesday.
The vehicle then entered a concrete culvert. The vehicle then burst into flames.
Police say Cohen died at the scene and her toddler rushed to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Investigators are working to figure out why the vehicle ran off the road, reports KTUL.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
