CHICAGO, IL. (THECOUNT) — Donald D. Woods has been identified as the victim found fatally shot Friday in Auburn Gresham on the Chicago South Side.
Woods, 31, was discovered suffering from at least one gunshot injury around 10:30 p.m. in an alley in the 1600 block of West 79th Street, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

Woods had been shot in the head.
Woods, who lived in Gresham, was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries, reports SunTimes.
Area South detectives are investigating.
Anyone with possible information on the deadly incident should contact police.
