AMARILLO, TX. (THECOUNT) — Richard Garza, of Amarillo, Texas, has been identified as the victim found shot dead inside a vehicle Tuesday evening, according to Wednesday morning reports.
Garza, 30, was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds while seated in a vehicle in Amarillo on Tuesday around 4:30 p.m.

Authorities say the are investigating the incident as a homicide after Garza was found dead in a car suffering from apparent gunshot wounds late Tuesday afternoon at Southeast Park in Amarillo.
Amarillo police say, officers responded to a call of shots fired early evening. When officers arrived to Southeast Park, Garza was found slumped over behind the wheel of an orange vehicle.
Garza was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries at the scene.
Justice of the Peace Houdashell has ordered an autopsy, reports NewsChannel10.
