QUINCY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Jerrica Adkins, a dispatcher for the Lewis County E-911 Dispatch Center, has been identified as the victim killed along with her son, in a vehicle crash near Black Oak Thursday night, according to Wednesday morning reports.

Adkins, 33, was killed along with her son, a freshman at Lewis County High School, in a vehicle crash in Lewis County Tuesday night. Her daughter was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Adkins was scheduled to work that evening at the Lewis County E-911 Dispatch Center. Her son was a freshman at Lewis County High School, reports WCHS.

Kentucky State Police are investigating and are expected to release additional details Wednesday.

No further details on the deadly crash were provided.
