NEW YORK, NY. (THECOUNT) — The MLS has wanted for years to sign Cristiano Ronaldo to strengthen and expand his league in the United States and around the world, but for now he will have to settle for Alan Pulido, his Mexican imitator.

Pulido, 28, is the current scorer champion of the MX League and was signed by Sporting Kansas City to be his franchise player from the following season.

Alan Pulido has been characterized throughout his career for being an intermittent striker and for his admiration for Cristiano, whom he imitates in his social networks in the hairstyle, in the celebrations, in the poses, in the brand, in the holidays, reports ESPN.

While Cristiano still prefers to remain an elite footballer and continues with his goal of winning more titles and more Golden Balls, something he could not get if he plays in the United States, MLS can enjoy his Mexican imitation.

The celebration / pose:

Cristiano has a characteristic pose when he celebrates a goal, it is like a registered trademark for him … that Polido sometimes uses.
