NEW YORK, NY. (THECOUNT) — An off-duty police officer has been killed and two injured in a single-vehicle crash on FDR Drive early Saturday morning, according to reports.
The unidentified 25-year-old officer was killed and two others injured in a crash on FDR Drive on Nov. 16, 2019.

The fatal crash occurred around 2:40 a.m. Saturday after police say a single-vehicle crashed the southbound lanes of FDR Drive at 20th Street near StuyTown.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, but police say the sedan rolled before striking a utility pole and almost breaking in half.
The off-duty police officer, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others victims were transported in critical but stable condition, reports NYCBS.
