WORCESTER, MA. (THECOUNT) — Walter Martinez, 26, has been arrested on charges of criminal homicide, robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery in the Wednesday night Allentown shooting death of 22-year-old Yaret Rivera, (pictured below.)
Rivera, of Worcester, was shot to death during a robbery at a bar in Allentown, Penn., early in the morning Wednesday, according to police.

Martinez was arrested in connection to the deadly incident.
Anthony Thomas, 24, of Allentown, was also arrested on a charge of hindering an investigation.
According to Allentown police, Rivera was found suffering from gunshot injuries in the parking lot of the Chicago Sports Bar & Grill at around 1 a.m. Wednesday. He was later pronounced dead at an Allentown hospital, reports Patch.
According to the Allentown Morning Call, “Walt” Martinez, (pictured above,) was arrested after a standoff in Lower Milford Township.
The Lehigh County District Attorney said that Rivera was being robbed while leaving the club.
Authorities believe Rivera had another accomplice in the killing and robbery, but have not identified that person.
The Chicago Sports Bar & Grill is located on Airport Road in Allentown, PA.
A look at Rivera’s Facebook page shows Martinez as listed as a “friend.”
