LAFAYETTE, LA. (THECOUNT) — Lafayette High School is under a lockdown, according to reports.

KLFY is reporting that the shuttering was “because of a threat.” KLFY said says one person was taken into custody.

The school is located on West Congress Street in Lafayette, LA.

Corporal Bridgette Dugas with the Lafayette Police Department, has confirmed that they are evaluating are the situation, reports KLFY.
