CHATTANOOGA, TN. (THECOUNT) — Timothy Holder, of Patterson Rd, Chattanooga, TN, has been identified as the victim in a vehicle crash in Chattanooga Tuesday evening.

Tim Holder, 49, was operating a vehicle traveling on Highway 153 on-ramp to I-75 South around 6:30 p.m., when for unknown reasons, he crossed centerlines and exited the roadway.

The vehicle then struck a wall causing Holder to be ejected from the Jeep.

Police say the empty Jeep continued down the ramp, crossed two lanes of traffic and ended up hitting another wall, reports WRCBTV.

Police say Holder was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the crash report.
