FACEBOOK. (THECOUNT) — According to scores of tweets Wednesday morning, Facebook and Instagram are experiencing worldwide issues with the displaying and uploading of images on both popular services.
The outage appears to be occurring worldwide according to the various locations of the reporting Tweeters.
