SANDY SPRINGS, GA. (THECOUNT) — The “Bad and Boujee,” rapper, known as Offset, is being sought by officials following an alleged assault on a Migos fan at a Sandy Springs Target store late last month.
Kiari Kendrell Cephus, 27, is the subject of an felony arrest warrant after being accused of slapping a cell phone out of a fan’s hand while he attempted to film the millionaire rapper.

According to TMZ, Cephus, sans his wife, Cardi B, was at the store when a fan, later identified as “Junior Gibbons,” displayed an iPhone and attempted to capture video of the shopping rapper.
The fan addressed the rapper by saying, “What up, Offset?” to which Cephus reportedly responded, “Get the **** out of my face.”
The rapper can then be seen striking out at Gibbons, knocking the device out of his hand and onto the floor. Gibbons later posted an image showing the screen shattered.
Cops investigated and got a warrant after Gibbons filed a police report last Friday. It’s unclear what charges Offset could face, but it’s considered a felony because the phone costs $800, reports Rap-Up.

Just last month, Offset was charged with three counts following an incident in July 2018 where he was arrested for allegedly making an illegal lane change.
Takeoff and Quavo, Offset’s bandmates and cousins, have not yet commented on the incident.
