PALMER TOWNSHIP, PA. (THECOUNT) — Debra Mitchell has been identified as the victim run over by a vehicle driven by her husband on Valentine’s Day.
Authorities say, Debra, 66, was killed after her husband, Terry Mitchell, also 66, after he backed over her while operating the family vehicle on Thursday.

Reports say, the victim was walking behind the family vehicle after exiting, when her husband ran her over as he backed out of the driveway of their Pennsylvania home on Valentine’s Day.
Palmer Township police say the accident occurred around 3 p.m. Thursday, moments after 66-year-old Debra Mitchell got out of the car, reports Fox10TV.
Mitchell was walking toward the back of the vehicle when she apparently fell, possibly due to a medical problem. Authorities say her husband, 66-year-old Terry Mitchell, was unaware she had fallen and ran over her as he backed out of the driveway.
Debra Mitchell was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her husband was not injured and no one was cited at the scene.
