JOPLIN, MO. (THECOUNT) — The Joplin Police Department is asking for your help to locate a missing teenager, reports KY3.
Tracyann Neth, 15, disappeared Friday from the 700 block of South Jackson Avenue around 7 a.m. Neth was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and white shoes.
