BOWLING GREEN, MO. (THECOUNT) — Don Weaver, of Bowling Green, has been identified as the passenger killed as an SUV slid off an ice-covered eastern Missouri bridge on Tuesday.
Weaver, 27, was traveling as a passenger inside an SUV that slid on a Pike County bridge before traveling off the left side and overturning, and ejecting Weaver, according to crash reports.

He was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the crash.
Another passenger and the driver suffered moderate injuries.
Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened early Tuesday on U.S. 54 in Pike County. source
A crash report noted no one was wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision.
Police said a 2002 GMC Envoy driven by Loel G. Chatman, 28, also of Bowling Green, was heading west at 12:02 a.m. on U.S. 54, just west of U.S. 61 Business when it began to slide on an ice-covered bridge, went off the left side of the road and overturned.
Chatman was taken to Pike County Memorial Hospital by private vehicle for treatment of moderate injuries. Another passenger, Cinda R. Smith, 36, of Louisiana, Mo., was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital-Lake St. Louis for treatment of moderate injuries. source
