LAKE OSWEGO, OR. (THECOUNT) — Zachary Heitman-Allen has been identified as the 21-year-old Lake Oswego man killed in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.

Heitman-Allen was operating a Subaru Crosstrek, when for unknown reasons, he exited the roadway and collided with a tree near the intersection of Westview Drive & Park Road, in Lake Oswego, OR.

Lake Oswego Police responded to reports of a a single-vehicle crash around 2:15 a.m. Upon arrival officials found a crash scene with a male victim trapped inside a Subaru.

Heitman-Allen was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the violent collision, according to officials.

According to Wrisley, witnesses and family members said Heitman-Allen was coming from the Taco Bell on McEwan Road when he turned north on Westview Drive from Royce Way and then apparently lost control of his car. The cause of the crash. source

Heitman-Allen death marks the first fatal auto accident in Lake Oswego since 2007.
