BISMARCK, ND. (THECOUNT) — Pilot, Todd Lasky, nurse, Bonnie Cook and paramedic, Chris Iverson, have been identified as the victims in a triple-fatal medical plane crash in western North Dakota Sunday. There were no survivors.
Lasky, 48, Cook, 63 and Iverson, 47, were identified as the three people killed in a Sunday air ambulance plane crash in western North Dakota.

The victims were onboard a twin-engine plane that crashed in a farm field shortly after takeoff from Bismarck late Sunday. It was flying to Williston to pick up a patient. The Civil Air Patrol said an initial analysis by an Air Force rescue center indicated the Cessna 441 turboprop might have broken up in midair. source
According to social media, Iverson, of Mandan, worked with Bismarck Air Medical, Metro Area Ambulance and Jamestown Area Ambulance.
Cook, originally from Killdeer, North Dakota, was a nurse at CHI St. Alexius Health. She graduated MidAmerica Nazarene University and attended Century High School.
Lasky, of Bismarck, was a pilot for Bismarck Air Medical and a former pilot at Endeavor Air.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating.
