HOUSTON, TX. (THECOUNT) — Family members have identified Delindsey Mack as the 18-year-old student murdered near Lamar High school on Tuesday.
Mack was fatally shot and a 15-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet during the incident.

(ORIGINAL STORY:) The victim of a Tuesday shoot that occurred near a Houston high school was shot a second time as he lay bleeding on the sidewalk.
The deceased 18-year-old Lamar High School student died after a shooting that occurred near the school. A second student was grazed by a bullet and is expected to recover.
HPD homicide detective believe the victim was targeted by the three suspects, who got away.
The gunman, who was wearing a mask, walked up and shot the victim a second time while he was lying on the ground, according to witnesses. source
The shooting did not happen at Lamar but the school remains on lockdown.
A lockout at nearby St. John’s School has been lifted.
Houston Police via twitter: “Our homicide investigators are en route to a fatal shooting at 2800 Bammel Ln near W Alabama. Incident occurred about 12:15 pm. One male was transported to hospital and pronounced deceased. PIO also en route. Investigation on-going No other information at this time. #hounews”
Bethany Christian School is also in the area but we haven’t been able to confirm whether they are also on lockdown or lockout.
The shooting happened around 12:15 p.m. in the 2800 block of Bammel Lane near West Alabama.
