SHREVEPORT, LA. (THECOUNT) — Willie D. Reed, 42, and 22-year-old Cleo D. Thomas, have been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office, as the two men shot and killed early Tuesday morning in Shreveport.
The victims were shot in different locations and it is not known if the pair of fatal shootings are related.

Shortly after 4 a.m. Reed was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 4000 block of 4000 Mayfield St, in Shreveport, LA, suffering from a single gunshot wound.
Shortly before 1:30 a.m. Thomas was found suffering from numerous gunshot wounds in the 2100 block of Corbitt St.
The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office identified the man who was fatally shot in the Caddo Heights neighborhood as 22-year-old Cleo D. Thomas. source
Thomas and Reed were pronounced dead at the scene and later identified through fingerprint comparison.
Both men will undergo autopsies at Ochsner LSU Health.
