RICHMOND, VA. (THECOUNT) — Jerome Williams has been identified as the man found with life-threatening gunshot wounds just before 12:30 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Lakeview Avenue, in Richmond, VA, according to the Richmond Police Department
Officers found Williams, 52, approximately a block away when they arrived on scene.

Williams was transported to the hospital where he died of gunshot wounds.
This area is near Clark Springs Elementary School, which is now vacant. source
