BARBOURSVILLE, WV (THECOUNT) — Phillip Boggs has been identified as the victim killed following a shooting in Barboursville this afternoon.
Armel Stutler, 66, of Ona, WV, reportedly went onto the Barboursville, WV, property of 70-year-old Boggs and a deadly altercation ensued.

Stutler was taken in custody after shooting Boggs dead, according to authorities.
According to Cabell County Sheriff Chuck Zerkle, the shooting was on Heath Creek Road in Barboursville, WV at around 12:15 PM on Tuesday, October 23rd, 2018. source
