OWEN COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Owen County man, Robert A. McKenzie, is facing several counts of child molestation after police say he molested his girlfriend, Lacey S. Brown‘s 5-year-old daughter.
Police say McKenzie became agitated after his girlfriend couldn’t find someone for him to have sex with, so he suggested they get the child involved, court documents show.

McKenzie told his girlfriend if she couldn’t find anyone for him to have sex with he would have sex with her 5-year-old daughter.
Court documents say McKenzie performed various sexual acts with the 5 year old.
Police say McKenzie told his girlfriend he could get away with rape, murder, and hiding dead bodies.
Prosecutors charged McKenzie with child molesting, incest, neglect of a dependent and sexual misconduct.
McKenzie’s girlfriend, Lacey S. Brown has also been charged with child molesting, incest, neglect of a dependent and sexual misconduct. source
McKenzie told investigators he liked it and became aroused when Brown and the child would engage in sexual activity.
Robert McKenzie and Lacey Brown both made an initial court appearance Thursday afternoon.
