VENTNOR CITY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Officials have arrested the daughter and granddaughter of two homicide victims killed in their Ventnor City condominium last weekend.
Heather Barbera, 41, of Ventnor, was charged with two counts of first-degree Murder, third-degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and first-degree Robbery Wednesday.

A quiet seaside community is reeling in fear after two female residents were found dead over the weekend in Ventnor City, New Jersey.
The victims have been identified as a mother and daughter, 87-year-old Elaine Rosen and 67-year-old Michelle Gordon.
The bodies of Rosen and Gordon were found around 10:25 a.m. Sunday inside the Vassar Square Condominiums at 4800 Boardwalk in what police are calling “suspicious deaths.”

Autopsies for both victims are scheduled for Tuesday.
No arrests have been made, but Prosecutor Damon Tyner said this is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.
