LEXINGTON, VA. (THECOUNT) — The following text is from an actual “poem” review left on the Yelp website about The Red Hen, the Virginia restaurant who recently denied service to one, Sarah Sanders Huckabee.
Folks have flocked to Yelp to weigh in on the controversy, forcing Yelp to post a notice saying the eatery’s reviews would be under an “Active Cleanup Process,” for the foreseeable future. See that notice below.

Nothing was terrible but nothing was great
Food was mediocre on our platesSeems to me they rest on their past rep
The menu is old lacking any pepNow that the owners who all wear P***Y hats
See the pix here to see that’s a factWant to take a stand and refuse to serve
Someone they disagree with raw raging nerveSo they can alienate half of their crowd
And when sales fall will scream out loudMy job is done, see you all later
Enjoy the prosperity and not be a Trump haterThe point of the tome was to show there is choice
And everyone here has an equal voiceSurprised to see a lot of support
While laughing at others who are not good sportsEat here if you want but it’s not for me
I’ll go where there is fairness for all to seeI may not agree with all those I meet
But will strive to be pleasant as we pass on the streetPeace out.
