McVey’s attorney, Carl A. Moore, issued the following statement:
The accusations made against Mr. McVey are false. This is a sad attempt by the complainant to garner attention. We plan to fight these charges in the courtroom and not on social media or TV. source
The incident that Just Brittany, whose legal name is Brittany Bullock, is reporting took place on April 29. She says she has audio recordings of the assault which allegedly lasted for more than two hour. Just Brittany has begun filming a new reality show with Florida-based rapper Rick Ross while Z-Ro released his newest video, “He’s Not Done Yet” on his official YouTube and VEVO channels. Bullock met McVey in the parking lot of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on Westheimer Road on April 29 and then followed him to his home in Katy, according to a court document. She told a Harris County Precinct 5 deputy constable that McVey slapped, punched and dragged her throughout the home while he held a pistol in his hand.
At one point, Bullock began to record their interaction on her cell phone, according to the document.
