Search warrants obtained by ABC 6/FOX 28, reveal Shayla Rudolph, the mom accused of taping her son to the wall, while appearing on Facebook LIVE was high on Percocet during the despicable incident.
Rudolph, 18, is charged with child endangerment and abduction. She was arrested in January, after Reynoldsburg Police reviewed videos she posted on Facebook that showed her two-year-old son with his head and mouth stuck to a wall with packaging tape.

Search warrants filed Wednesday in Franklin County Municipal Court, state Rudolph confirmed to police she had had taped him to the wall but it was a joke,
The documents go on to say Reynoldsburg Police examined other videos downloaded to Rudolph’s Facebook account.
During the other videos Detective Tim Doersam writes, Rudolph makes statements about hitting her child with a flip flop, a hanger and a belt.
Rudolph can also be seen complaining about someone who called Franklin County Children’s Services and says they can come get her son. Rudolph steadily uses profanity in front of and/or towards her two-year-old son. She appears to do this while responding to video type chats about her behavior.
Rudolph is free on bond and has plead not guilty to the charges.
