Surveillance footage shows Fahad Saeed carrying a shovel he bought from Walmart alongside his friend, Ammar Sami, about 10 p.m. on Oct. 16, the night that Saeed’s ex-wife, Roaa Al-Dhannoon, disappeared. Al-Dhannoon’s remains were found buried in a container less than 2 miles from the Walmart on May 15.

Saeed had been charged in October of 2016, with having contact with his ex-wife and their 3-year-old old son, in violation of a protection order. See his booking photo below.
Police say, Dhannoon, who had been missing since October 2016, was found in a wooded area in Brooklyn, OH., earlier this week.
Fahad Mohammed Saeed was indicted Thursday morning.
